No Rugby at The Snackbar

Suzie and I decided a cocktail would be a good way to initiate our weekend break in Swanage, the boys were watching the rugby across the road so we headed in to The Snackbar.   Being quite early in the day we were the only two present, which worked well,  giving us time to chat about family, work and life in general. 

The Snackbar is tiny but has a good atmosphere, often quiet in the afternoon and buzzing in the evening. 

Today we happened to be joined for a while by a charming young couple who were completely unfazed by sitting in a cocktail bar.

Fernanda was very hospitable as always, serving us Mojitos and keeping us readily supplied till the boys arrived.   Then it was B52 shots all round and the evening mellowed into a very social occasion.   Hot, cheesy, spicy nachos were hungrily devoured and at about £25 per head we felt the outing was well worthwhile.......
