A Map of Swanage Pubs & Clubs

As you would expect from an old sea-side town there is a good selection of Pubs in Swanage plus other watering-holes within about five minutes walk of Town Hall Lodge B&B. Map of Pubs in Swanage inrealation to Town Hall Lodge B&B Swanage

The White Horse and the Red Lion offer pub accommodation in swanage. The Red lion offers the best selection of real ales and a vast choice of ciders, its also a popular and busy food pub.

The White Horse is the primary sports bar and live music venue.  The White Swan and the Anchor always have live music at the weekend.

The Black Swan serves some of the best food in Swanage and is civilised and calm (apart from the occasional music evening).

The East Bar (aka The Peveril) and the Ship tend to attract a younger late-night crowd, the older late drinkers often favour the Anchor.

Its also worth a ten minute walk along shore road to have a drink in the Crows Nest Inn at the other end of Swanage Bay, or a similar walk up High Street heading back out of town to the Globe and the Royal Oak (these two have a pretty good Indian restaurant situated right between them).

The Stage Door and The Purbeck Hotel are both closed at the time of writing - hopefully they will re-open soon.

Cheers!
